In this very special episode: The Idiots start off talking not about television, but about music videos, as Merrill tries to understand Kevin’s unnatural obsession with Rebecca Black’s “Friday.” Eventually, they get on track to talk about what rocked before moving on to an uncharacteristically cogent discussion about television news. No worries, because Merrill miraculously derails himself in the “What Sucked” segment by over-ranting about V. Eventually, the Idiots wrap things up with DVD reviews and recommendations.

In this very special episode: The Idiots come out of the gate fighting, then talk about what they liked for about 25 minutes. They refocus on some more intelligent discussion in the second segment with a voicemail from a listener. But soon, things derail as the Idiots take the Charlie Sheen drug, infusing their bodies with tiger’s blood and Adonis DNA. After their faces melt off and Kevin’s children weep over their exploded bodies, they talk about TV news, what they didn’t like on TV and recommendations. Winning!

In this very special episode: The Idiots dance around the Magical Studio in the Sky to celebrate the first episode of Season Two, ringing in their one-year anniversary of the show. Kevin celebrates by eating a donut, while Merrill celebrates by letting Kevin derail the show at least three times in the first segment. The Idiots talk about what rocked and what sucked on television these past two weeks, go over some TV news with some detailed analysis of Charlie Sheen, then they give some Idiot Recommendations and get generally offensive.

In this very special episode: Kevin is grouchy because he’s fasting for his “old dude” doctor’s appointment in the morning. Merrill is furiously making Valentine’s Day plans with a pint of cookie dough ice cream and a stack of Michael Bay DVDs. While the Idiots try to talk about what sucked and what rocked over the last couple weeks in television, Kevin works his special brand of podcast terrorism by derailing Merrill at every curve. If only Denzel Washington and Chris Pine were there to stop him. Finally, the Idiots give their DVD picks and recommendations before slinking quietly into the corner for another two weeks.

In this very special episode: The Idiots start off the show by chewing the fat to cover up the fact that there really wasn’t that much to watch these past few weeks. But they manage to talk about the things that rocked and the things that sucked. In particular, they take aim at some of the modern sci-fi and superhero television shows available on the dial. The Idiots also lay down some TV news, including what’s on the bubble, why Glee can have Justin Bieber and whether the Kennedys can take down basic cable television. Finally, they end with some DVD picks, recommendations and why Merrill is infuriated by sunglasses.

In this very special episode: The Idiot Boxers give their take on various season finales and prepare for others, in particular the LOST finale, which wasn’t aired at the time of recording. They also bitch about V at least three times in the show. They cover TV schedules for the fall, then Sound-Off about campaigns to save shows and homages to musicals before moving on to some TV-on-DVD and giving their Idiot Recommendations.

In this very special episode: The Idiot Boxers dance a jig and talk about how awesome some of the shows are looking for may sweeps, like 24, FlashForward and Lost. They also bemoan the success of the wretchedly dreadful V before rattling off some TV renewal news. During the Sound-Off, Merrill and Kevin look at shows in trouble and the evolution of The Office before reviewing some TV-on-DVD and handing out some Idiot Recommendations.

In this very special episode: The Idiot Boxers are ramping up for May sweeps with anticipation of finales in 24 and Lost. They also invite a special guest into the Magical Studio in the Sky – the Prophet Muhammed, who wears a bear costume but doesn’t speak for fear of retribution. This leads Kevin and Merrill to talk about some more controversial topics, including the most recent South Park episodes, Conan’s move to TBS and an Idiot Boxer rage-out at Ugly Betty… and one final topic so controversial that the network demanded censorship!

In this very special episode: In catch-up mode, the Idiot Boxers cover the slate of TV from the beloved 24 (RIP… sniff, sniff) to what show ABC wants to use as a replacement for LOST. They buzz about a Star Wars sit com and the loss of Merrill’s favorite new show Sons of Tucson. Kevin rants about Grey’s Anatomy and both Idiots lay into reality TV.

In this very special episode: Couch potatoes Kevin Carr and Merrill meet up again in the Magical Studio in the Sky to bring you a rapid-fire review of the many TV shows on the internet. Merrill laments the cancellation of 24 while Kevin bursts his bubble by suggesting (or rather, predicting) that the planned feature film will be shot in 3D. This leads into an Idiot Sound-Off about TV-to-movie adaptations. And Merrill continues to not comprehend the lengthy run of Doctor Who.
