They also hear about Merrill’s terrible, horrible, no go, very bad weekend, and Kevin just laughs. Then they talk rape on TV, lay down some DVD picks and offer some recommendations.

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 18

In this very special episode: You know how last episode was supposed to be the most offensive episode yet? Well, you haven’t heard this episode. Be the judge afterwards. The Idiots get off to a slow start, but soon fatigue and irritation at political correctness cause Kevin to start swearing and daring to say evern worse words. (Again… sorry, Dawn from California.) After the basic discussion of what rocked and what sucked, Merrill’s ass falls off his body, and he smacks his head into the desk. They also sound off about South Park and election advertising before the Idiot Recommendations, which may or may not include a variety show version of the SuperFriends.

They may be talking about shows under broadcast standards but they’re definitely using some HBO language. (Well, Merrill uses the HBO language while Kevin just conjures up some extremely disturbing imagery… sorry Dawn from California.) They talk about the shows that rocked and the shows that sucked, plus a copious amount of TV news. Then they sound off about things like The Incredible Hulk and CBS’s streaming policy. Finally, they exhaustively round things out with TV-on-DVD picks and Idiot Recommendations.

They crank out the longest first segment in the history of the show, which we will refer to as $#i! That Merrill Likes. Have no fear, they drop the infamous Sound Off segment to keep things brief and also get into a couple fights about new shows and old. Oh, and a surprising amount of love for the CW shows this week. Go figure.
