This Week: For the big Easter weekend special, Kevin invites Dame Elisabeth Rappe back into the Magical Studio in the Sky for a marathon podcasting session. After discussing the finer points of dating in Mass Effect, they chat about Titanic 3D and American Reunion. After dropping some swear words in the radio segments, Elisabeth gets tight-lipped for the infamous middle segment, but the conversation goes completely off the rails. Topics include breast size, dolphin rape and the mysteries of John Denver. And that’s in addition to all the other fancy discussion about box office, listener feedback and a Fat Guy Five about fourth movies. Finally, it’s on to the DVD Round-Up and riding off into the sunset.

This Week: After weeks of new guest hosts, Kevin invites two veterans back into the Magical Studio in the Sky to talk about the new movies of the week. Liam and Ben Carr, his sons, join in on a discussion of Wrath of the Titans and Mirror Mirror. They also sound off about slave labor in the third grade classroom, what it means to be on “playground duty” and which of their teachers Kevin thinks are hot. They also chat a little about The Hunger Games and how it will fare this week at the box office as well as gushing over the classic television show Mystery-Science Theater 3000 (which might include a rendition of the theme song). Then they give a Fat Guy Five about which movies are great for kids to see in 3D and also some DVD recommendations.

This Week: Kevin is as giddy as a school girl with the anticipation of Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace in 3D. So much so, he paints his face like Darth Maul and invites Michael Neel, director of The Drive-In Horrorshow to join him in the Magical Studio in the Sky. Together they bemoan the presence of Channing Tatum in films today as well as wonder if Ryan Reynolds can hold up against Denzel Washington in an action movie. They also chat about The Rock’s latest family adventure film, then head into the middle segment to talk about box office and answer a listener email. They also chat about Michael’s anthology horror flick and lay down a Fat Guy Five about absolute crap films that they love. Then it’s the DVD Rundown and a big good-bye for the week.

This Week: The void of wide screenings of new releases continues as Kevin tries to weather a winter cold which makes him sound husky and sexy like Demi Moore. He invites Tim Buel from The Golden Briefcase into the Magical Studio in the Sky to chat about gospel plays, 3D retro animation and Marky Mark and the Contraband Bunch. They look at the new movies, then chat about the insanity of The Devil Inside donkey punching the box office. Later, they lay down a Fat Guy Five about what old movies should get a retroactive 3D treatment. Then they give out some DVD recommendations and head back out into the frozen screening wasteland of winter.

This Week: Getting set for Thanksgiving week, Kevin decides to keep everything in the family this week… including the guests of the show. So he invites his sons Liam (age 10 years old) and Ben (age 8 years old) to give the kids’ perspective on all the family movies out this week. They chat about Arthur Christmas, Hugo and all things Muppets, both new and old. Then they send Ben to bed before tackling box office predictions and learning a little about puberty. Sanity returns at the end of the middle segment with the Fat Guy Five: Five Favorite Muppet Moments. Then it’s the DVD Round-Up, and they send you away with a message of Thanksgiving. (Not really… they forgot the Thanksgiving message, but it probably would have been food-related, anyway.)

This Week: Inspired by last week’s new movie A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, Kevin invites Ike from the It’s Mike and Ike podcast into the Magical Studio in the Sky. They start off with no rehearsal, much to the chagrin of Brett Ratner. They take some pot shots at the new movies, including J. Edgar and Immortals, but nothing compares to Ike’s rage-fueled rant about Jack and Jill. Kevin and Ike continue into the highly offensive middle segment where they suggest how to make an Oscar ceremony worth watching. Then they lay down an impromptu Fat Guy Five about the best racist characters in cinema history. Finally, they wrap things up with the DVD Round-Up and send the listeners on their merry way.

This Week: Kevin rings in the holiday season by inviting Dr. Cole Abaius into the Magical Studio in the Sky. They chat about the relative worth of Brett Ratner versus Errol Morris. Then they celebrate an early Christmas with Harold and Kumar. But that’s not before Dr. Abaius offends the Wyoming listening audience with references to The Accused and other sundry films. They also chat about haunted houses, wild box office guesses and entertaining Eddie Murphy movies. They also share some listener feedback before heading into the DVD Rundown and wrap up the show.
